Hello?
Hi…Gabe is it? I’m Lily.

I just don’t really know anyone anymore…I feel a bit lost on the island.
In the early hours of this morning, four women have gone missing. The house they were all staying in last night has been found empty and a mess with no sign of them. If you see any of the following women please let the appropriate authorities know:
- Emma Petrova | Age 19
- Lila Bezos…
“I vow to never speak to her again.” He locked his eyes with hers as he spoke. “Now, come on…the kids are not going to know what to do with themselves if you’re not at the library bright and early. I’ll drop you off.”He said as he extended his hand out to her.
Lily felt a small smile erupt across her face as Breye made his vow. “Thank you, Breye,” she said, ignoring his hand to pull him into a tight hug. She pulled back, taking his hand. “A quiet evening sounds wonderful. And that bath? It’ll only be worthwhile if you’re in it with me,” she whispered playfully into his ear. She tried to shake the feeling of distrust. But Breyeson had never blatantly lied to her before. Sure, he’d withheld information, but any time she asked him to tell her the truth, he always had. Lila was simply a psycho. She shook her head to herself, satisfied with the questions being internally answered in her head. She linked her fingers through his as they went out to his car.
Everyone’s in a pissy mood, aren’t they?
That’s what happens when people lie and start rumors. I get upset.

“Don’t worry. She shouldn’t be bothering you anymore and if she does I want you to let me know and I’ll take care of it.” He brushed her cheek with his palm. “I just need you to be safe.” His eyes scanned hers before he reached up and placed a tender kiss on her forehead. He pulled away for a moment. “I have to head to work. How about you and me spending a nice evening together when I get home?” His tone got lower. “We’ll cook a nice dinner and then I could draw you up a nice bath..how does that sound?”
“Don’t you get it, Breye? I don’t want you to take care of it. I don’t want you having anything to do with her,” Lily said firmly. “Promise me you won’t talk to her anymore, unless it’s to tell her what a psycho she’s being for lying like this.” Lily crossed her arms, determined, her brow furrowed. She needed Breye to understand how serious she was. Her face softened at his suggestion for a quiet evening, but she continued her fixed gaze on him, waiting for his response.
He hesitiated at first, but his instinct was to grab her hands, which he did. He laced their fingers together and looked deep up into her eyes. “Lillian…I love you and only you. There’s no doubt in my mind about that. I should have told you, yes. And for that I’m sorry. But nothing happened. I swear on my mother’s life. I love you. You are the only one I want to wake up next to. You’re the only one I want to dream about. I want to start the rest of my life with you. Here. Anywhere. Just as long as we are together.”
Lily felt her body slowly relax as he mentioned his mother, swearing on her life. She knew then that he was telling the truth. There was no way in hell he would even swear that if it weren’t true. She collapsed, embracing him, pulling his lips to hers. She gave him a slow, passionate kiss before pulling back and searching his emerald orbs. “I’m sorry, Breye. I’m sorry for doubting you. I need to understand that you’ve changed. I’m really not trying to hold your past against you. I want to believe you the first time you tell me something. But please…just stay away from her. It means she’s lying, trying to destroy your character. You can’t help her. She’s even picked a fight with me, trying to get in my head. She’s…not well,” Lily said through gritted teeth. She touched his face lightly, willing herself to believe every word he told her.
